Tal is a 25-year-old writer, mental health advocate, and lover of movement. She currently works as a copywriter while publicly documenting the struggles of being an anxious twenty-something desperately trying to find her place in this world. As a self-proclaimed personal growth junkie dedicated to lifelong learning, her most recent endeavour is becoming certified in Pilates. She aspires to help others fall in love with movement and experience the transformative benefits it can have on the mind, body, and soul.
